Meet Our Recruiter
Ryan Soelberg
Email: ryan.soelberg@usu.edu
As a proud alumnus of Utah State University, I am thrilled to return to my alma mater as a recruiter for the College of Veterinary Medicine. My journey at USU began in 2018, and like many students, I initially had no idea what treasures Cache Valley held, but by the end of my first semester, I knew I had found a place to call home.
My connection to USU and Cache Valley goes beyond academics—it's deeply personal. The stunning natural surroundings, the warmth of the community, and the endless opportunities for outdoor adventures have made this region truly special to me. Whether I’m paddleboarding on Bear Lake, snowboarding down the slopes, or enjoying a game of basketball or volleyball with friends, I always find joy in the beauty and activities that Cache Valley offers.
I’m particularly excited to be part of the College of Veterinary Medicine during this pivotal time, as we transition to our own four-year DVM program. This milestone represents a significant advancement for the College and opens up new opportunities for students to complete their veterinary education within the supportive and innovative environment that USU provides.
I am eager to help prospective students discover the same joy and fulfillment that I found at Utah State University, especially within the College of Veterinary Medicine. My goal is to connect with future Aggies and guide them toward making USU their home, just as I did. I’m excited to contribute to the College’s future and to help shape the next generation of veterinary professionals.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you embark on your own journey at USU!
