Using Single Chain Gonadotropins to Enhance Fertility in Sheep
MS, Animal Biology, University of California, Davis, 2006 Thesis
Effects of method of presynchronization and source of selenium on uterine health and reproduction in dairy cows
Expertise
Reproductive Physiology and Immunology, Developmental Biology
Biography
I was born and raised in Brazil where I went to veterinary school. I then moved to the US to get my MS and PhD degrees.
Teaching Interests
Physiology, immunology, endocrinology, ethics and professionalism.
Research Interests
The main goal of Dr. Rutigliano’s research is to identify the mechanisms underlying pregnancy losses and complications. These discoveries are expected to lead to new approaches to improve success rates of pregnancies in livestock species.
