Biography

I was born and raised in Brazil where I went to veterinary school. I then moved to the US to complete my MSc and PhD degrees.

Teaching Interests

Physiology, immunology, endocrinology, ethics and professionalism.

Research Interests

The main goal of Dr. Rutigliano’s research is to identify the mechanisms underlying pregnancy complications. These discoveries are expected to lead to powerful new approaches to improve success rates of pregnancies established by assisted reproductive techniques.
