Events Calendar

The CVM Events Calendar is the means by which students and faculty can identify, promote, and reserve space/time for special events such as club meetings, presentations, conferences, etc.

Use of CVM specific resources is on a first come first serve basis, so the use of this calendar is essential as you plan your activities that are not part of the normal curriculum. Individuals or organizations that have completed the following procedures will have priority use of resources over groups not following these procedures.

  1. Identify a suitable date and time for your event that does not conflict with scheduled courses.
  2. How to schedule rooms in different locations:
    1. To schedule rooms other than VSB 213 and SFarm, you will go through the registrar's office and make a room reservation. Schedule other classrooms and study rooms.
    2. To schedule rooms out at SFarm, contact Oakley Ransom or Heidi Julander.
    3. This calendar serves as the official reservation calendar for events outside of normally scheduled classes. (VSB 213 or Sfarm)
